Recently, the Company has become aware that certain entities or individuals in the Chinese mainland have been fraudulently using the Company’s name to conduct the following deceptive activities via phone calls, social media, emails, and other channels:

• Deceiving investors into purchasing fake wealth management products, and obtaining victims’ personal funds by means of promising high returns, inducing fund transfers, and other tactics;

• On June 5, 2024, certain entities or individuals claimed on websites and social platforms that the Company had signed a cooperation agreement with "諾依曼咨詢香港有限公司";

• Recently, there have been reports in the market stating that the Company has collaborated with "西北資管" to develop a wealth management application.

Truth Capital (Hong Kong) Limited is an asset management company legally registered with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC), holding Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activity licenses. The Company possesses legitimate business operation licenses, and all its investment services are conducted through legal and transparent channels.

Hereby, the Company issues a solemn statement and clarification as follows: The Company has no affiliation whatsoever with the aforementioned entities or individuals. It has neither promoted any fake wealth management products, nor signed any contracts with "諾依曼咨詢香港有限公司", nor collaborated with or authorized "西北資管" to develop any applications.

Regarding the aforementioned entities or individuals who have impersonated the Company to conduct false promotion and sales activities on online platforms, the Company reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions and pursue legal liabilities against them.

Furthermore, the Company has reported the case to both the Hong Kong Police Force and the public security authorities in the Chinese mainland on December 25, 2024. In the event of any suspicious cases, the public is advised to report to the local police immediately, and the Company will fully cooperate with the relevant authorities in the investigation.
